Confirmation is considered by the Catholic Church to be the second of the three Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism is first and Eucharist is third). Confirmation is regarded as the perfection of Baptism, because those receiving this sacrament are enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit.
Students in our Religious Education programs typically receive their Confirmation in the Fall of their Sophomore Year of High School. More about this program may be found by clicking here.
Adults who have not yet received this sacrament are encouraged to do so through our RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) program. For additional information, please click here.
