The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is process of instruction, spiritual growth, and faith sharing for those from other faith traditions who are seeking initiation into the Catholic community. It is also for baptized Catholics who desire full initiation into the Catholic faith by completing the Sacraments of Initiation (First Eucharist and Confirmation).
The process helps participants address questions such as: What is faith? How does it grow? What do Catholics believe? Why is it different from other faith traditions? How can I nurture and model faith for my children? What does it mean to become a Catholic?
If you have additional questions, would like to attend an information session, or would like to meet confidentially about the RCIA, please contact Deacon George (see contact information below). You also find some additional information by clicking here.
