Our ministry to combined parishes in Jersey City fulfills an almost forty year commitment to St. Mary's Church (formerly St. Boniface, who closed and whose parishioners are now part of other parishes). We deliver food to their Emergency Food Closet on a monthly basis and at Thanksgiving provide gift certificates for turkeys. We also collect toys and gifts for the children in their religious education programs at Christmas time.
The food collection for St. Mary’s in Jersey City will take place EACH SECOND SUNDAY OF THE MONTH. Donations can be left in the Narthex OR dropped on Sunday between 8 a.m. and 12 Noon in the parking lot. All donations will be driven to Jersey City that afternoon.

- Cereal (Cheerios, Chex)
- Canned fruits & vegetables
- Pasta
- Rice
- Cooking oils
- Peanut Butter
- Soups, stews, chili
- Non perishable or powdered milk
- Canned or bags of beans
- Nutrigrain , granola bars
- Instant mashed potatoes
